"Concentration Camps" In THE U.S.?

Discern the Lie

I live in one of the places on the list of "Known U.S. Relocation Centers" where it is alleged that one of these centers exist and there is no place anywhere near here that even remotely resembles what could be used as a "concentration camp". I have looked for it and I cannot find it in town, nor in the outlying areas along the route where the report says it's located. I even called city officials to inquire about the possibility that something like it might exist here and they were not aware of it either. My conclusion is that it simply does not exist. (Whoever made it up must have thought no one would check it out.)

I believe that these claims about "concentration camps" being prepared for "Christians" are nothing more than variations of an urban legend or conspiracy theory that are just not true. They are only meant to strike fear in our hearts and cause us to take our eyes off of Jesus Who is "the Author and Finisher of our faith." (Hebrews 12:1-2)

So what if there are detention centers prepared for "Christians" and so what if we even happen to experience the reality of being sent to one. I would hope that I have the grace to count it an honor to suffer for Christ's sake if I am placed in that situation. Read Foxe's Book of Martyrs to get a glimpse of what our brothers and sisters in Christ endured for His sake and know that we are all called to be martyrs for Him. The Greek word for MARTYR in the Scriptures is MARTUS which is the same word used for WITNESS. Each of our lives is to be a witness for the Lord Jesus Christ. We may not be beheaded or burned at the stake, or literally martyred, but we must live as a martyrs, and even be willing for a martyr’s death. If it just so happens that we are required to actually give our very life for Him - what a testimony to the principalities and powers of the air and to the lost among men that we have that which we would rather die for than live without. It may be a comfort to believe that there is a "Rapture" coming to deliver us from these things. But if that belief causes us to not be the witnesses Jesus Christ calls us to be, then we are not living or walking in the truth.

"And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death." (Revelation 12:11)

"So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me." (Hebrews 13:6)

To Him be glory in the Church!
